1. Set Realistic Expectations

Encourage yourself and others to embrace imperfections. It's okay if everything doesn't go as planned. Setting realistic expectations can alleviate pressure and allow for a more enjoyable experience.


2. Establish and Enforce Boundaries

Clearly communicate your boundaries to friends and family. Remember, it's acceptable to “say no” and kindly decline invitations or limit the time spent in social gatherings if it contributes to your well-being.


3. Self-Care Routines

Prioritize self-care by incorporating rituals that bring you comfort. Whether it's a warm bath, reading a book, or practicing mindfulness, these activities can be vital in maintaining emotional balance.


4 . Reflect and Reassess Tradition
