Do You Accept My Insurance?

How Much Are Your Fees for Services?

  • $195 - Individual Counseling (Adults, Teens) = 45 mins
  • $260 - Intake, Couple & Family Counseling = 60 mins 
  • $260 - $510 - Substance Use Assessment/ Drug and Alcohol Use Evaluation = 60 mins - 120 mins

How Would I Pay for Services?

You pay out-of-pocket online for all services.

  • Online Electronic Payments only
  • Credit, Debit, HSA or FSA cards accepted.
  • Cash and checks are not accepted.

How To Get Reimbursed by Insurance?

  • We provide an Invoice (Superbill) on the 1st of the month
  • You submit it to your insurance directly and may be reimbursed based on your benefits.
  • Contact your insurance provider directly to discuss your Out-of-Network coverage.

  • Do you accept Health Insurance?

    No, we are Out-of-Network and do not accept any health insurance.  

    • We accept clients with and without insurance. 
    • Our clients pay Out-of-Pocket and we provide monthly invoices, also known as "Superbills" that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement on Out-of-Network benefits. 
    • Please contact your insurance company directly to discuss your coverage and reimbursement options. 

  • Do you accept clients with no insurance?

    Yes, we accept client without insuarnce because we are out-of-network with all insurances and do not take insurance diectly. 

  • What are your Fees & Rates per session?

    1. $195 for  Individual Therapy & Individual Counseling – 45 mins
    2. $260 for Couples Therapy & Couples Counseling – 60 mins
    3. $260 for Marriage Counseling & Marriage Therapy – 60 mins
    4. $260 for Family Therapy & Family Counseling – 60 mins
    5. $400 for Substance Abuse Evaluation / Drug and Alcohol Use Evaluation - 60 mins - 120 mins

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following payments:

    1. Credit Card
    2. Debit Card
    3. HSA Card
    4. FSA Card

    Check and money orders are not accepted. 

  • Do you provide online therapy?

    Yes , We offer Online Telehealth therapy via the Simple Practice Client Portal from all of the following devices:

    1. Mobile cell phone
    2. Tablet
    3. Laptop 
    4. Desktop.

  • How to make a payment?

    Payments are automatically charged to your card on the day of your session. 

    • Once you enter your card information during your first intake session, you're all set. 
    • You will receive a text notification when your session fee has been charged to your card on the day of your appointment.

    You can change your card on your mobile device at any time.

  • How to change payment card on file?

    You can update your payment card anytime online on your mobile device. 

    • Click the original link from your text on the day of your first session. 
    • Enter your new card information.
    • Confirmation text will receive a confirmation text once it's completed.

    What if I can't find the link in my texts? 

    • Contact your therapist directly and they will send you a link.

  • How to get a copy of an Invoice / Superbill?

    • Invoices / Superbills are automatically sent to your Client Portal on the 1st of the following month. 

  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?

    We have a 24-hour cancellation/no-show policy. 

    • Appointment sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before.
    • Appointment sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.

    Please cancel or reschedule your session with your therapist directly or online in your Client Portal.

    Therapy is most effective when you attend once a week or every two weeks when you start therapy.

    • Each person's length of therapy varies according to their unique concerns, needs, availability, and more.
    • You and your therapist will create a plan that works for both of you.  

  • How long to people go to therapy for?

    Each person is different and the duration and frequency of therapy sessions vary. 

    • You can attend for weeks, months, and years. 
    • You will work with your therapist to create a plan that works best for both of you.

    Yes, you can schedule a 15-minute Phone Call in any of the following ways:
