  • Are you accepting New Clients?

    Yes, you can schedule an appointment in any of the following ways:

  • Do you accept Health Insurance?

    No, we are Out-of-Network and do not accept any health insurance.  

    • We accept clients with and without insurance. 
    • Our clients pay Out-of-Pocket and we provide monthly invoices, also known as "Superbills" that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement on Out-of-Network benefits. 
    • Please contact your insurance company directly to discuss your coverage and reimbursement options. 
  • Do you accept clients with no insurance?

    Yes, we accept client without insuarnce because we are out-of-network with all insurances and do not take insurance diectly. 

  • What are your Fees?

    Fees vary based on the type of therapy you receive.

  • Do you provide online therapy?

    Yes , We offer Online Telehealth therapy via the Simple Practice Client Portal from all of the following devices:

    1. Mobile cell phone
    2. Tablet
    3. Laptop 
    4. Desktop.

  • How to make a payment?

    Payments are automatically charged to your card on the day of your session. 

    • Once you enter your card information during your first intake session, you're all set. 
    • You will receive a text notification when your session fee has been charged to your card on the day of your appointment.

    You can change your card on your mobile device at any time.

  • How to change payment card on file?

    You can update your payment card anytime online on your mobile device. 

    • Click the original link from your text on the day of your first session. 
    • Enter your new card information.
    • Confirmation text will receive a confirmation text once it's completed.

    What if I can't find the link in my texts? 

    • Contact your therapist directly and they will send you a link.
  • How to get a copy of an Invoice / Superbill?

    Invoices / Superbills are automatically sent to your Client Portal on the 1st of the following month. 

  • What is your refund and cancellation policy?

    We have a 24-hour cancellation/no-show policy. 

    • Appointment sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours before.
    • Appointment sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged the full session fee.

    Please cancel or reschedule your session with your therapist directly or online in your Client Portal.

  • How long are appointment sessions?

    Appointment Type - Total Time

    1. Intake Session - 60 minutes 
    2. Individual Therapy Session - 45 minutes
    3. Couples Therapy Session - 60 minutes
    4. Marriage Counseling Session - 60 minutes
    5. Family Therapy Session - 60 minutes
    6. Free Phone Consultation Call - 15 minutes
  • How often do people have therapy sessions / appointments?

    Therapy is most effective when you attend once a week or every two weeks when you start therapy.

    • Each person's length of therapy varies according to their unique concerns, needs, availability, and more.
    • You and your therapist will create a plan that works for both of you.  
  • How long to people go to therapy for?

    Each person is different and the duration and frequency of therapy sessions vary. 

    • You can attend for weeks, months, and years
    • You will work with your therapist to create a plan that works best for both of you.
  • Do you offer a Free 15-minute Phone Consultation Call?

    Yes, you can schedule a 15-minute Phone Call in any of the following ways:

    No, all appointments must be scheduled and confirmed by your therapist online.

  • Is parking available at your office?

    Street Parking (metered) is available for a fee on the street in front of the building entrance and across the street. 

  • What to do when I arrive at the office for my in-person session appointment?

    All in-person appointments must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. We do not accept walk-ins. 

    1. Enter the front building entrance and wait in the lobby.
    2. Contact your therapist directly to let them know you have arrived. 
    3. Wait in the lobby and your therapist will meet you or buzz you into our office door.

    All other doors are locked and require access to enter.
