BIO

A WARM & RELATIONAL APPROACH

I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship first. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely comfortable being yourself. We’ll move at your pace and work together to make sense of what’s been weighing on you. From there, we use practical strategies that fit your unique needs.

FOCUSED ON HELPING YOU HEAL

I specialize in anxiety, trauma-informed care, and parent-child relationships. I offer a mix of structure and flexibility, using evidence-based tools tailored to your needs Together, we’ll work through challenges, identify what’s holding you back, and build tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered.

MY THERAPEUTIC STYLE

My clients describe me as empathetic, easy to talk to, nonjudgmental, and insightful. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Narrative Therapy. In our first sessions, we’ll get clear on what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to change. You can expect a safe, collaborative environment where your voice matters.

WHO I WORK WITH

My ideal client may be a teen, adult or couple who feels anxious, unheard, or disconnected from others. They want to feel more in control, more confident, and more at peace. They're looking for someone who will understand their background, challenges, and dreams without judgment.

 WHY I BECAME A THERAPIST

I became a therapist because I’ve always believed in the power of listening and helping people feel seen. I wanted to be the person I needed when I was younger, to help others break cycles, heal, and grow.

EDUCATION

I earned my Master’s degree at Seton Hall University in New Jersey.

I’m a creative at heart, I paint and draw as a way to stay grounded and express what words sometimes can’t.

I’m an options trader, which keeps my analytical side sharp and helps me think strategically in both life and therapy.

If you ever want to talk about World War II history, I’m your person—I'm fascinated by how history shapes human behavior and the choices we make today.
