Sam Harairy, LAC
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who you are or where you’re headed. Maybe anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity concerns, or a major life transition have left you feeling disconnected from yourself. You may be used to putting others first or overthinking every decision. You’re looking for a space to better understand yourself, feel more grounded and confident, and make meaningful changes that help you build a life that feels authentic to you.
I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Drawing from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches, I’ll help you develop practical tools while exploring the patterns and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. We’ll work together at your pace to build on your strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
