I specialize in working with individuals and couples, including professionals in high-stress corporate jobs who are struggling to balance work, relationships, and personal well-being. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, and we will work as a team to develop goals for you to focus on between sessions.


I can help you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges using CBT, DBT, EFT, Mindfulness, Attachment-Based Therapy, and the Gottman Method. My goal is to support individuals and couples in strengthening emotional connection, improving communication, deepening self-awareness, and creating lasting positive change.
