I help adults process trauma, manage symptoms and reconnect with themselves through a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. Using therapies like IFS, CBT, and DBT, I guide clients in identifying emotional patterns, building coping strategies, and creating positive, lasting change. I utilize the Gottman Method for Marriage counseling and couples therapy to help with relationships. Together, we work to transform pain into empowerment.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to start healing, honestly, most of us don’t. If life feels a little heavier than it should or you’re ready to understand yourself on a deeper level, I’m here to help you sort through it with curiosity, kindness, and a few deep breaths along the way. When you’re ready, I’d be happy to work with you.

About Me

A GROUNDED, COMPASSIONATE, AND COLLABORATIVE APPROACH

I take a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy. My work is rooted in helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they explore their emotions and experiences. I combine evidence-based methods with warmth and authenticity to create a space where healing feels possible and growth feels empowering.

FOCUSED ON CONNECTION AND EMOTIONAL HEALING

My focus is on helping clients reconnect with themselves, heal from the past, and build meaningful change in their lives. I support adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. Together, we uncover patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness and balance.

What my clients say about me

Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, genuine, and easy to talk to. I use curiosity, creativity, and even a bit of humor to make therapy feel more human. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients identify emotional patterns, manage symptoms, and move toward lasting change.

I BECAME A THERAPIST BECAUSE

I’ve always cared deeply about how people feel and what they go through. Over time, I realized how powerful it is just to have someone truly listen and be in your corner. I wanted to be that steady support for others, to help people feel understood, build trust in themselves, and find their way forward. For me, therapy isn’t about fixing people; it’s about walking with them as they discover their own strength.

EDUCATION

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Adelphi University.
